Clams, octopus, shrimp and fish are excellent sources of taurine. Chicken legs, beef, pork and lamb are good sources of taurine. 

Hen’s eggs both yolk and white does not contain taurine.

Are cashews high in protein?

Yes, cashews are a good source of protein.

As per the USDA Food Data Central they contain 18.22% protein. Generally it is recommended to consume one ounce i.e. 28.3 grams of nuts per day. One ounce of cashews provide us around 5 grams of protein. Typically 16 to 18 cashews weigh an ounce.

Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin. When dogs consume more vitamin A than they need, the rest is stored in the liver and kidneys for later use.
