What is Pantothenic acid?

Pantothenic acid is an essential nutrient for humans. It is a water soluble B-vitamin that is denoted as B5.

This vitamin helps in converting the food we eat into energy. It also plays a vital role in making & breaking down fatty acids. Since pantothenic acid is found in all the living cells its deficiency in humans is very rare.
