Are cashews high in fibre?

April 12, 2022 by Prashanth Cheruku, M.Tech Leave a Comment

As per USDA FoodData 100 grams of cashews contain 3.3 grams of dietary fibre.

The suggested consumption of nuts i.e. one ounce of cashews provide very little amount of dietary fibre of just 0.93 grams.

Hence we can say that cashews are a poor source of dietary fibre.
