Whereas some carbonated water or club soda brands may contain added sugar or other ingredients such as citric acid, flavors, caffeine, and other compounds. These additives can lower our hydration status and negatively affect overall health. Try your level best to choose products without many additives like these.
Does carbonated water affect dental health?
