Cashews do not contain any amount of cholesterol at all. In fact some studies report that consumption of cashews can reduce total cholesterol & LDL Cholesterol i.e. bad cholesterol.
It was also reported that cashews can improve HDL cholesterol which is considered as good cholesterol.
Cashews can be a good replacement to sugary & salty snacks and a great addition to the breakfast. Just make sure that you don’t fry cashews with oil & salt to get the full benefits.
